CAROL'S PIE CRUSTS

Combine:
2 1/4 C flour
1 tsp salt

Cut in:
1 C shortening

Combine in small bowl:
1/4 C cold water
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 egg

Mix together dry mix to wet mix, divide into half. Roll out 1 half into circle big enough for pie pan.

Makes 2 crusts
